With years of servicing her community it was a natural evolution that Jada would become a Whole Health Wellness Coach. In November of 2016 Jada became certified as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition out of NY. Jada studied Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yin, and meditation at Yoga NH-Concord, graduating in April 2016. Taking on the title Wellness Coach as a means to encompass all her talents Jada is known for her authentic teaching style and self-love centered philosophy.
As a Wellness Coach Jada creates a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your health and wellness goals. She teaches the power of breath, whole food nutrition, self care, yoga, and goal setting. Her approach to wellness supports the development of healthy habits and the understanding of the importance of self care. In group settings or one on one Jada is dedicated to supporting her students develop self confidence, self trust, and healthy boundaries.
